Feedback and Complaints

Feedback from our patients is always welcome. Whether written or verbal, positive or negative, we always aim to consider and react promptly to the views and suggestions of our patients.

Whilst we endeavour to give our patients the highest service possible, we understand that there could be times when you may wish to make a complaint. Our practice manager Mrs Ann Williams is also our complaints manager. If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or staff then please let her know. Please call between Monday and Friday from 11.00am – 12.30pm on 020 8363 0585.

We operate the practice complaints procedure as part of an NHS system for dealing with complaints. This procedure meets national criteria and is regularly audited and reviewed.
