Our practice is offering online registration. This is open to all residents in Enfield within our catchment area.
Please note that if you want to come in person to register, we will be happy to help you. Please check that your postcode is within our catchment area and telephone the practice for further help. You do not have to show any ID or proof of address to register.
We accept new patients who live in Enfield, Barnet, Winchmore Hill, Southgate and Oakwood. To register in person please bring your medical card or NHS number and details of your previous GP. You have the choice to see any of the GPs at the practice. If you do not know your NHS number please visit ‘visit the find your NHS number service’
All newly registered patients will be asked to complete a lifestyle questionnaire and book an appointment with the nurse for a health assessment within one month of registering. The health assessment also gives us the opportunity to meet you and your family and for us to tell you about the practice.
There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to register with your chosen GP, for example you may live too far away. If this is the case simply choose another GP in your local area. You can find a GP in your area by visiting ‘Find a GP in your area’.

For more information about NCRS please see: National Care Records Service
Information for patients who wish to opt out of having a summary care record, including an opt out form is available here: Opting out
Organ Donation
From 2020, adults in England will be considered potential donors unless they choose to opt out or are excluded. For more information please visit the Organ Donation NHS UK where you can also register your decision.
