1. I am not able to see the covid pass on a linked profile through my NHS app?
You won’t be able to access covid passes through linked profiles on the NHS app. In this situation to request a covid pass, please click the following link Get your NHS COVID Pass.
2. How do I access a linked profile through the app?
Switching to a linked profile
After your GP surgery has registered you for proxy access for one or more people, you can switch to a linked profile in your NHS account. You do not need to log in and out each time.
To act on behalf of another person:
Log in to your NHS account, using your NHS App or a web browser.
Select ‘Linked profiles‘
Select the name of the person you want to act for.
When you switch to another person’s profile, a yellow banner at the top says ‘Acting on behalf of‘ and the person’s name.
Switching back to your profile
When you have finished using services on behalf of another person:
Select the ‘Switch profile‘ link in the yellow banner at the top.
Select ‘Switch to my profile‘

Why I am being offered an appointment at another Practice/location?
We are part of a Primary Care Network (group of 6 GP practices Enfield South West PCN) that offer additional & out of hours services from a variety of medical professionals.
You can also book an appointment at one of our GP access hub locations.
I’m under 18 can I see a doctor or nurse on my own?
You can! We would be pleased to discuss any worries you have about any aspect of your health, in complete confidence. We’re happy to discuss fitness, general health, sexuality, contraception, emergency contraception, smoking, drugs, STIs, diet, relationships and any other worries you have. Appointments can be made via reception.
How do I get hold of my test results?
Your doctor will give you details of how to obtain your results once they are back. If there are any problems or abnormalities with your results, your doctor will contact you or suggest you make another appointment. You can also access test results through the NHS App. The time taken for us to receive results is normally:
• X-ray / Ultrasound – 10-14 days
• Urine / Stool / Swabs – 3-7 days
• Routine Bloods – 3-5 days
• Cervical smears – 5-8 weeks
When is the Reception desk open?
Reception Hours are:
· Monday 08:00 – 18:30
· Tuesday 08:00 – 18:30
· Wednesday 08:00 – 18:30
· Thursday 08:00 – 18:30
· Friday 08:00 – 18:30
